I’m sorry.
I’m sorry for my generation. We allowed all the shit we are drowning in today. Even now looking back, I have no idea what I could have done to stop any of this, but it all happened on my generation’s watch. Here is my observation of where we lost our way.
If there were a blueprint for destruction, we followed it to the letter and looking backward, it feels orchestrated on a spiritual level that we could have never imagined possible, and I will break it down to a handful of bedrock foundations of America.

This is the way I broke it down, but each of these three eventually morphed into something impossible to separate one from another, and to try and do so, brings wrath from the others. It is one monster with three heads. I don’t believe this started in our lifetime. Names like Darwin, Freud, and Sanger, prove to me that the evil was moving among us a century before my generation, but in my mind, here’s where it started….

We took prayer out of our schools, and even though we did this horrible thing, where we really went wrong is what we replaced prayer with. I believe that there is a Creator size hole in every human that I think of as a puzzle piece. Only The Creator fits this puzzle piece hole, but in His absence, something else must be provided. Welcome to Expressive Individualism, or worship of self. You see it everywhere and if I need to break it down more, I have three words, Me,Me,Me. This, along with Environmentalism, left nowhere for another, and particularly the authentic God to fit. We will circle back in a moment because there is more to say here.

After World War II, soldiers came home and made babies with women who were very different than who they were before the war. More liberated, and even though there was an effort to move women back to their roll as homemaker, I think that we never quite made it back to the families before the war. Our country had progressed from depression to war and from war to endless economic growth and opportunity, and in some ways our nation had come into its sweet spot. People were moving from rural living to industrial cities, and bringing their values with them. My dad was one of those people. All these new city dwellers wanted one thing, a job. Many of these jobs came with union cards. I said all that to say this…. I believe that this is the beginning of a social change that began our fall. These families filled cities and flooded into newly developed communities called suburbs. This created something new. Public transportation would no longer work. Every home had a car. Everything was booming and millions of babies were made. I was one of them, a Baby Boomer. Im not finished with the social part of this story either but let’s look at something else….
Political.
By the end of World War II, both parties realized that we had come extremely close to slipping into socialism because of FDR, and both parties decided to limit our president to two terms. They passed the twenty second amendment. We started a national interstate highways system and I can remember when both I65 and the Western Kentucky Parkway were being built. This made Americans very mobile. Now is where I try to pull all this together. It’s 1962, and my first year of school. We started every day with the pledge of allegiance and prayer. The Supreme Court ruled in 1962 that state sponsored prayer in schools was unconstitutional. Our school told them to go to hell apparently. Over time it just simply went away. I actually got to see JFK in I’m guessing 1963, in a motorcade and that November while we were in our second grade classroom our teacher started crying, we all got unscheduled recess, and all the teachers were crying, and even as children, the rumor was making it’s way around. In 1964 we got the civil rights act and in 1965 we entered the Vietnam war. Over the next few years, we saw riots, a couple more assassinations, and demonstrations. This was the decade I grew up in.

Turns out that women liked being liberated, and because of that, so many of us boomers were the first to become what would later be called latch key children. 1973, Roe V Wade. We began sacrificing our children. We have been killing our children for three generations now. This sin will follow us all of our lives. I do not fault the previous generation for wanting a better life, but homes went from $12-14 thousand to around $32 thousand by the time I was old enough to buy one. Cars went from 3 thousand to twice that, and now that second job that was once a luxury had become a necessity for my generation. Even gas exploded in price. All of our children were latch key. Latch key is a cute name for unsupervised. Children should not be unsupervised.
Let me add this up so far, we moved to the cities, became middle class and raised children who could no longer pray in a place that they spent almost a third of their time, Americans began to rebel against its government, women began to rebel against being homemakers and baring children, and both men and women were becoming less moral and more promiscuous. Our country’s division is now in progress. Nobody believes that Kennedy was killed by one shooter and a good deal of our population is against the Vietnam war,Nixon takes us off the gold standard and then try’s to cover up a break in at a Washington hotel called The Watergate, in what was probably a CIA set up in the first place and Americans are very unhappy.

Nixon resigned to avoid being impeached and right here is the point where I see a real dislike between the two parties, not in Washington, but across America. We elected a president that was so bad that republicans would never let them live it down. Four years later we elected another republican president and republicans held the White House for twelve years. Democrats hated those twelve years. Republicans hated the next eight and tried to impeach him, and now there is what I can only describe as hate among democrats and republicans.

Our government did everything in its power to remove God from school age children but remember that puzzle piece hole that we all have? By the mid 70’s environmentalism was in full bloom and everyone was sure we were about to enter an Ice Age, by 1980 they were sure our ozone layer was going to collapse. By the late 80’s it was global warming and some time later, they just started using climate change. Good luck verifying any of this, I’m going from memory but Google has already rewritten a few key points here so believe who you want but the bottom line is that this has become the piece to replace God for many. While growing up, and as a young adult, there were a few things that kept reoccurring and I just blew it off and went on…. for a while. A line here and there in a song that was otherwise amazing, that kind of took the song to a bad place, but just for a second. Or a character in a tv show that really didn’t add anything to the show but always popped up so you would have to deal with it. Movies become more influenced by the occult, and it all seems to be working together to normalize things that our grandparents would never allow in their homes, and here we are watching it with our children. And the result of all this is that what made us uneasy at the time, is now mainstream for our children. This is well into the third generation now. Children of the baby boomers generation embraced gangster rap, rejected marriage, the church and personal responsibility. How did all of this simultaneously come together?
Now let’s combine these three things and bring us into a new millennium.
Mid 90’s….We get our first computer. We had dial up and from memory, it seems our speed was 144 kbps, and a little later, 228 kbps. We all loved it and took turns, and it is the most evil thing I ever allowed into our home.
We elected a republican in 2000, and the democrats would not concede. It went to the Supreme Court and the Republican held the White House. Democrats are livid. They hold up his nominations. Then comes September 11. I mark this as the date that America was fatally wounded. Republicans passed the Patriot Act, and the democrats were livid. Turns out that republicans should have been too. We began to print money out of thin air. Trillions of dollars. We declared war on several Islamic nations but not on Islam. We did warn everyone that if you don’t stand with us you stand against us. This war went on for far too long. During this time we killed a lot of Muslims. They beheaded a lot of Christians. They still are to this day. In 2008 democrats win the White House and our government along with a portion of Americans become very radicalized. We all learn a new term….
Social Media. People all over the planet can now connect. Like minded people can now communicate in ways never before possible. Social media promotes polarization and every move by anyone who is anybody is instantly scrutinized. Racial division is promoted and by the time his two terms are over, republicans are fed up. Each party’s mistrust of the other is indescribable. Republicans feel we are one election away from becoming a socialist nation. During the DNC convention, the chairman put placing God in their platform up for vote three times and three times it was shouted down. I think the chairman ultimately pretended that it passed and that got shouted down as well. The Republican won and once again the democrats, being so close to fundamentally changing this country forever, wage a four year war against this president, impeach him unsuccessfully two times and division is blowing out into the streets with radical groups like Antifa, and BLM, and others, all from the liberals on the left, fueled by democrats in congress. This is a very dangerous time. People won’t even put republican stickers on their cars because of violence and vandalism. In 2020, a democrat who never campaigned won the most votes of anyone who ever ran for president and it isn’t even close. Republicans are certain that democrats have stolen this election and so is the president. There is a big rally in DC on January 6, and 5 years later we are finding out that there were almost 300 FBI agents who had infiltrated the crowd. We will argue until the rapture about what actually happened that day, so let’s move on. This new feeble democrat was a figurehead for someone, or some group of someone’s, and even though he was kept from the public view, when he was allowed out, his decline was very evident to everybody except the liberal news media. It was impossible to hide, yet they did hide all of it. Now our country is hopelessly divided. Conservatives before the 2020 election are highly censored on social media but not liberals. Facts are refuted through something called Fact Checking. The chasm is widening. Nobody is interested in facts or truth anymore, and families are broken because of politics. The more one side screams logic, the louder the other side screams feelings. And the gap between reality and pretend spirals out of control.
Spiritual.
By now, even though society sees every issue through the lens of politics, I am beginning to see everything as spiritual warfare, and everything begins to make sense now. We are under demonic influence and I see it everywhere. We have men pretending to be women in our government, in our military, and in our churches. They are in our schools, and to oppose any of this will make you a target of the unhinged. It’s in our music, it’s in our movies…. It’s everywhere. Just by typing this out will cause me to be labeled some of the worst things imaginable, but it’s time to speak truth. It’s past time. All through this metamorphosis of America, we had religious leaders that stopped lusting for the soul of men and began lusting for their money. Church became country clubs, and people just fell away, disappointed, disillusioned, and disgusted. But they still had that hole to fill.
Political.
Our economy is horrible. Jobs are scarce. We are somewhere around 36 trillion dollars in debt, with no end to the spending in sight. Inflation is killing us all and interest rates are outrageous. In 2024, the previous republican, even though he had been hounded, arrested, and convicted, most of his followers see it all as persecution from the left, and he runs for reelection. After a disastrous debate, the left can no longer hide the Democrat president’s condition. All America witnessed a feeble old man with no command of the facts, and as we all want to know who is actually running the country, his party forces him to bow out of the race. The primaries are over so his vice president is chosen to run against the previous president. They hold one debate and while on the campaign trail, the former president is shot. He recovers quickly but there is one additional attempt on his life. Liberals are horrified not at the attempt, but the failure of the gunman, and by now hate is the god of the left. The previous president becomes the next president and that pretty much catches us all up to where we are today. Liberals are killing conservatives, Christians and pretty much anyone who try’s to hold them accountable. Liberals are terrified of an unseen enemy and no longer possess the ability to determine right from wrong.
My conclusion.
Step by step, we marched away from God and his protection, but we had no understanding of what we were doing. We were the enlightened ones. We were educated. We could run circles around those hayseeds that we left on the farms. Thousands of small little cuts, each one meaningless in itself, but together, oh together, and we didn’t even notice the damage that was being inflicted upon us until it was far too late. And once we became aware, we blamed each other while the real enemy smiled.
So please accept my humble heartfelt apology for all of my part in our slide into the gutter we now find ourselves, but please show me the grace of someone defending a world from demonic forces that I was ill prepared for. I am fully awake and aware now, and my hope is that you are too, because time is short.
