In the spring of 2024 a drunk driver crashed into my car and my car did not survive the impact. I got out of my Jeep, walked around to where the damage was inflicted and never drove it another mile. I thought a lot of that car and thought I would miss it dearly. It took me everywhere I went and brought me home again. My wife and myself were uninjured and we were told repeatedly that vehicles can be replaced, and that people can’t. I recognize the truth of that statement, and two weeks later have in fact found a replacement. Ok Wayne, where am I taking you with this story?….

Every one of us are walking around in a vehicle that will not survive. Someday we will step out of our body and never take it another mile. I think a lot of my life and think that I will miss it dearly, but I’m going to get a new body, injury free, and I suspect that I’m not going to give that old vehicle a second thought. In fact, I don’t think I’m even going to look back. My prayer is that your new body is Heaven bound.
