I know someone who knows someone who has a second cousin that looks completely normal in every way, but has a secret life. They engage in something called LARPing. They call it LARPing, I call it pretending, and it’s a community of folks having the time of their lives. You can be anything from a warrior to a mage and pretty much anything you can think of you can be, and they have their own rules that they agree to abide by while they are in character. And it all seems crazy to outsiders and they could not care less. They are doing all this out in the boondocks somewhere with lots of alcohol and who really knows what else, and are having the time of their lives. Come Monday morning, they assume their normal lives and are back to functioning in reality. I wish them well.

We are all being forced to participate in a nationwide game of LARPing. Live Action Role play.

Our president pretends to be in charge.

Our House and Senate pretend to represent us.

Our Military pretends to keep us safe.

Elections pretend to be fair.

We pretend that we are free.

Guys pretend to be girls.

Girls pretend to be guys.

Our media pretends to give us news.

We all pretend that things like global warming, inflation that’s transitory, world pandemics, and countless other things are real…

And it all works…

as long as we all play along.

We have pissed off a lot of folks that have no intentions of playing along with our nonsense, and just exactly like the saying goes, we are fixing to find out.
