It’s easy by now to double check me. I have left a paper trail. I periodically remind whoever is reading anything from this blog that it’s primarily a record left behind for my family. I do love it when outsiders stumble in, especially from other countries, and when friends stop by, but primarily this is a record of my thoughts for my family to sift through. It does serve a couple other purposes however, and this post falls into both of the other reasons I take time to come here.

One is to reason things out in a way that makes sense, when on the surface things just don’t add up. The other reason is to leave a record behind. So with that in mind, here we go…

I am in a strange place right now. I think there is a real chance that I’m watching the whole world move into the position that has been predestined for them, and I suppose all wars start with exuberance and unrealistic expectations, until the horrors come. I am hearing frequent talk of world war 3. I thought it sensationalized and nothing more until now. I have no idea what other countries are telling their people. All of our news outlets here are in the process of inciting our population in a way that reminds me of Orwell’s two minute hate. There are more hawks in our government right now than there are doves, if we are to believe our news outlets, but that’s the problem isn’t it. I don’t believe any of them. The opposition maybe are being silenced. There are only a handful of journalists I trust and right now they are being attacked by all their colleagues and by outspoken politicians who are moving us ever closer to a war we won’t win. In my personal opinion, not only won’t we win, we won’t survive. People who have the job of calculating probably, say a chance of nuclear war in Europe is now 40%. My question since our country is tethered to Europe in an increasingly unprofitable way is, what is the probability that Russia will bomb the shit out of us too, if the 40% becomes 100%?

So back to the news we are receiving here at home and the effect on our population. Propaganda. If I weren’t so lazy I would make that word bigger. Most of everything we believe is because of propaganda. My belief system probably until I was around 50 or so was based on what I now recognize as talking points from people I trusted. I have learned to accept the reality I see for what it is, and question everyone who sees it differently. Everybody you are watching and trusting on television has an agenda. Good luck finding the truth. I say again that we have more information now than we have ever had in the history of the world…. and we can’t trust any of it. I said all that to say this….

We are being prepared for war. Get ready spiritually because it will be the most terrifying thing that has ever happen to this planet if it comes. And those of us who are against this insanity are going to be ostracized and vilified as enemies, for asking why this is our fight. I am ready… I hope.
