I think we are living in a world where words are so over used that they no longer carry weight, or have any real meaning. Where at one time, they may have been used like grenades, to blow up any useful conversation, all shock value dissapeared through constant use, by people trying to advance a losing ideology. I prefer honest discussion, but these days, most people just want to win an argument.
