PETA has pressured Nabisco into taking the animals out of the cages on the boxes of Barnum’s Animal Crackers. Apparently PETA has so much money that they are now trying to save cookies. I would have loved to have been part of the PETA team that brainstormed this groundbreaking idea. It’s like Greenpeace trying to save all the copies of Finding Nemo… or forcing Disney to apologize for the treatment of the whales in Pinocchio. This is why I am developing a nervous twitch, and even worse…

This is why you can’t take your eyes off these crazy people on the left. While we are nestled in our beds, with pure joy in our heart, they are lying awake, plotting something even more crazy than the day before. What’s next?

You can lick the cookie but biting into a cookie that looks like a misshapen monkey is no longer socially acceptable. I just freed an entire box of animal crackers,and they are all just laying there.They may have been in captivity too long… Anybody know of a good animal cookie shelter?

What are some others areas that PETA could start lending a helping hand?

• Set up a go fund me page for Wile E Coyote to help with medical expenses.
• Help Bugs Bunny get a restraining order against Elmer Fudd.
• Stop shaming Pepe Le Pew for body odor.
• Now that I think of it… we really need to call Looney Toons on the carpet because of excessive animal abuse.
