Arlington National Cemetery is a very sobering place. The Tomb of The Unknown Soldier and the changing of the guard. The eternal flame at the grave of President Kennedy, just down the hill from the home of Robert E Lee. Even as we are on a collision course with revisionist history, much on this side of the Potomac is named after Lee. Here history is all around us, but for how long? It is fitting that when I think of Arlington, and Arlington House, I think of duty, and honor.
