I have an opinion on this latest Russian Collusion thing, that much like Bigfoot sightings that just keep cropping up by credible witnesses, sooner or later you gotta let it go. You are looking a little needy now that the original disappointment has passed. You are soon going to be at the same convention with those that claim to have been abducted by beings from another planet.

How can I sum up in one sentence what my opinion is? Give me a minute…. Let me think…. Ummmm….

Alright. I feel a little like that creepy clown on Groove Tube that wanted all the parents out of the room so he could read porn to the children. Are all the liberals gone? Are you sure?

Okay, our poor liberal brothers and sisters can’t help themselves. Don’t hate them, love them. Love them. Eight years ago we were in the same boat that they are in now. We voted for John McCain for Gods sake. To this day, I can’t get that taste out of my mouth. And be honest. Half of you hated him as much as the other guy that I will not name. Eight years later, I still cannot look at him without cursing. For eight years our base was worked up by one thing after another and we were certain every time that” we got you this time.” To this day, I believe the liberal media is all that kept him in power. We never got him. Jesus will come back before any noticeable number of democrats will ever admit what I am telling you now. Only the young and the ignorant are buying this Russian/ Trump bologna. So if you are  waiting for all the pieces to come together so you can bring this wild conspiracy into the light, and you are not reasonably young, you guessed it. Ignorant. Sorry, but I would want to know if my fly was open. Your fly is open.

There is a particular thing that I have in mind, regarding our president’s son,  but it doesn’t matter, in a week it will be something equally as earth shattering, but please keep in mind that the sillier you get, the more seats the republicans pick up. Life is pretty good right now if you are a republican.

Here is something that I have noticed and I am honestly hoping that more and more on the left and on the right will begin to speak out. Truth does not have a party. Neither  does lying. I’m not a pet owner but most of my family is. I do like playing with dogs and one of my favorite things is throwing the ball. It must be one of their favorite things too because every time I throw the ball, off they go. Every time. Go get the ball. It’s almost as much fun when I fake throwing the ball because off they go until they realize that they don’t see that damn ball. So they stop. And they look at me like… What happened Wayne? Where’s the ball?

And I produce the ball and they are filled with excitement, and I throw that ball again, and off they go until they realize that they don’t see the ball. And they look at me like…. What happened Wayne? Where’s the ball? I can do this over and over.

Our government treats us like the excited dog and we fall for the same lies over and over. Right now the republicans could pass anything that they wanted to but they don’t. Why? They don’t want to. Our president is ready to sign a health care repeal and a tax cut right now but there is nothing to sign.

Eight years ago the democrats could have passed practically any gun legislation they wanted but they didn’t? Why? You know why.

So the old party of no has been replaced by the new party of no and the swamp is doing fine and all this leaves me with one last parting thought….

What happens when the dog finally realizes that the one throwing the ball can’t be trusted?
